This international promotion campaign, carried out in collaboration with the Elda City Council, Junta Central de Comparsas, and the Costa Blanca Tourism Board, aims to elevate the festival's value and help it achieve the status of a Festival of International Tourist Interest, all while promoting and enhancing the Costa Blanca as an international tourist destination.

During our city's recent Moors and Christians festivities, a group of international journalists from different countries visited our city to experience our festival firsthand and publish articles related to our celebration, which has already been declared a Festival of National Tourist Interest.

The first of these articles has been published in the prestigious Portuguese newspaper Público, in its national edition, and is accompanied by an extensive photo report on our parades, costumes, and colorful makeup. Over the next few months, different promotional articles are scheduled to appear in these media outlets to highlight the spectacular nature of our festival.
